Machine Description
The vertical cartoning case packer machine "F50" is assembled on a solid welded steel basement to avoid vibrations or deformations that may affect the reliability and positioning accuracy.

Motor drive for vertical movement to manage the collection and storage of product

Motor for horizontal movement of the product

The whole pick&place group has a speed of 24 cycles per minute.
The standard infeed of the machine is the classic belt conveyor, that is positioned in line with the storage boxes and placed above the cabinet of driving of pneumatics and vacuum.
